Effective Discipline

Children need adults in their lives to guide them with compassion, empathy, and boundaries. Learn how to help your children find their own solutions and feel good about behaving in ways that will help them be successful in this world.

Trauma Care

Learn about your body's responses to trauma, why you have the symptoms you have, and how to reduce the body's and mind's reaction to it. Heal the wounds that come with trauma and not only survive it, but thrive in life!

Grief & Loss Counsel

Losing someone or something important takes time to process. Everyone is different in the way they walk through loss. I will be there to help guide you through the process with care.

Depression and Anxiety Counsel

Learn how to use your own thinking to change the way you feel. Find what works for you with compassionate and guided support.

Play Therapy

Children process and learn through play. They are much more apt to share when they are one step away from their problems. Play also helps children learn new skills. When they feel safe, they will naturally begin to heal.

Neurological Disorders

Whether you are a child or an adult with ADHD or Mild Autism, I can help you understand your symptoms and learn how to manage them more effectively. Working, as a team, with parents, teachers, doctors, and others in your life is imperative for success.
